My mother's cat of 15 years passed away, I spoke with Ryan and he was so kind, caring and really went the extra mile. I live across the country and was trying to handle this for my mom, he sent me pictures of urn choices, told me how much it would all cost, no hidden fees or upcharges, he made the whole process so much easier for me to take care of remotely. My mom was so grateful and said how nice he was both when he picked up her cat and then delivered her ashes. Forever grateful for finding this place and for how much it put my mom's heart at ease for Ryan to be so compassionate.

Ryan was very supportive in the sudden loss of our cat, Aleah. Upon arrival, he greeted us outside and stated that he was sorry for our loss.
