My mother's cat of 15 years passed away, I spoke with Ryan and he was so kind, caring and really went the extra mile. I live across the country and was trying to handle this for my mom, he sent me pictures of urn choices, told me how much it would all cost, no hidden fees or upcharges, he made the whole process so much easier for me to take care of remotely. My mom was so grateful and said how nice he was both when he picked up her cat and then delivered her ashes. Ryan was very supportive in the sudden loss of our cat, Aleah. Upon arrival, he greeted us outside and stated that he was sorry for our loss. He spoke to us in a very calm manner and answered all questions we had about the process. He was understanding of our grief and we could not have gotten better care from him and his team.
