I would give them 10 stars if I could! Such a well run company made up of the most reliable people I’ve dealt with in a long time! Rob was my main contact throughout the restoration of my home and he was absolutely phenomenal. The communication was excellent and he even checked up on me weeks later after the restoration to ensure everything was going smoothly. I highly recommend this company to anyone!
Rob and his team were great. Rob was able to stop by the same night of the storm and give me a rough quote and guide me on what I should do with my basement. He worked with my budget and insurance and everything was completed in a timely manner. The whole process was smooth. I would definitely recommend 911 Restoration.
