S & S Pet Cremation

My family and I recently lost our German Shepherd. To say the least it was unexpected. The people at S&S were extremely understanding knowing this is not something you can typically plan for. They were very flexible with meeting us at their business, allowing us to bring tank out and spend some time with him saying our final goodbye. I was called that same day letting us know that they had already completed the cremation process and make themselves available for a pick up at our conscience. This is the second pet over the years that we have used their services. I would highly recommend them to anybody.

They were incredibly benevolent and empathetic. My favorite bunny died a few days ago, and they were willing to get her in immediately; even on a Sunday. The woman was so consoling and helpful and I can't thank her enough. I can't even elucidate how much I recommend them to anyone who needs someone to help out in their dismal and desolate time.

Ken and his Family is absolutely the best! We lost our dog Sarabi after 9 ½ years to cancer. They took our call right away and we meet them. They were very helpful getting our 95 lbs lab out of the car. They were very respectful and listened to our stories. As soon as our custum urn came in he called us telling us "she was ready to come home." We were able to meet them at 9pm to pick her up. Even in a time of greaving they were supper respectful!

Ken was so prompt on communication, very considerate, respectful and beyond accommodating. The turn around time for our beloved dog's return home was the next day and I was appreciative of his empathy.

Great caring people that make a difficult time as easy as you could possibly hope for. You can tell that they genuinely care and have compassion. If you ever need aftercare for your pets, they are hands down the best people around. We just lost Princess Gertrude Fat Butt 2 days ago and Terry and his wife have been amazing! Thank you both!!
