I lost my beloved dog Marshall last Tuesday night. I didn’t know what to do with his body. My son in law wrapped his body in a blanket and laid him on his dog bed in the garage. I googled how to dispose of his body and found QC pet cremation online. I called Wednesday morning and sadly they didn’t offer pick up service. Carey talked to me by phone and I told him I have a toddler and infant grandchildren that I watch so I can’t meet him at their business. He found Mark to come pick his body up a short time later for a small cost, much to my relief! He was so nice, and so gentle with Marshall’s body. I highly recommend them!
Had to say goodbye to our Chance 2 weeks ago. Today we got him back. Quad Cities pet cremation was amazing during this process. Very informative, compassionate and caring during a difficult time. When you say goodbye to a family member what else can you ask for. I had Chance for 14 years and now I can honor his memory with his beautiful urn, memorial candle, paw prints and the beautiful words of sympathy we got from this group. It's okay not to be okay during this time. As a pet owner we all dread the day we have to say goodbye so make the process a little easier and choose these guys to honor your pet the best way we can.
I've actually had two different pets cremated here. The first one went seamlessly well. They were so compassionate and kind. They sent Jasmine up on a little bed so we could say goodbye to her with her little clothes on and a blanket. I received a obituary card, a paw print and other items from her and it was amazing. Fast forward about 14 years and I lost my 20-year-old cat. Things did not go as well as I thought they would. He was not placed on a bed for us to say goodbye. When I arrive no one was in the office and I had to call a phone number to get someone to come to the front . I said goodbye to him in a box on the table but he had came from the vet in. The person that I was dealing with communicated mostly via email and I don't typically communicate that way, which made it difficult with so many other things going on, and his obituary card was not spelled correctly . Although I'm sure I don't didn't have the typical experience. As I said, I've had a great experience in the past. I just wish things could have went smoother.
They are some of the most kind and wonderful people you will ever meet. They are kind and understanding throughout the whole process and everything they make is crafted will love. I will thank them everyday for helping me through this sad time. They treated my sweet kitty with respect and care. Thank you for taking care of my Riza's cremation.
3 weeks ago we had to make the hardest decision in our family. QC Pet Cremation was the most comforting and heartfelt experience we could’ve chosen to go through with this difficult process. The grace and compassion shown through every phone call, as well as the pick up/ grieving was more than generous. The kindness during this hard time and the beauty in the way everything was presented to us brought peace knowing our family dog was well taken care of in his final moments. Thank you to Mark and the staff for going above and beyond to help us make peace in something so hard for us.
