We had previously gone through Iowa pet cremation and had no issues the staff was very kinds and compassionate and no issues whatsoever. This time around when we tragically lost our cat i decided to go through them again but this time there was no compassion and everything was done poorly. The ink was smeared everywhere. There was lint and hair in the clay paw print. They didn’t even push all her hair inside the bottle. This is unacceptable I paid 334$ money that I didn’t have to have these memories forever these are the only things I have left of my baby and they couldn’t even take the time to be neat. I’m heartbroken that this is what I’m left with.

Our dog of 13 years passed away and your location in Baxter was amazing to work with. Dakota was very committed to making this as easy as he could. Thank you for helping us.

I lost my best friend Nelson. He changed my life for the better and will forever be missed. Ryan and his staff treated me very well ,they took Nelson and cremated him and returned him in a beautiful wood box and they took the time to look at my wife's Facebook and got a picture of him for me and put a lock of his hair in the frame with the photo and his paw print also. Never easy losing your pet or loved one but after the care we received from Ryan and his staff made this horrible experience more bearable and I will use them again when the time comes. My family had our dog cremated here, very professional staff! I got to say my last goodbyes and take as long as needed. Heidi was very caring and understanding as she knows how much pets mean to people! She went the extra mile to make sure I was ok! I will always use Baxter Cremation for any future needs. They handle the pets with so much care and treat them as if they are their own, they are a great company with AMAZING staff!

They cremated my dog Honey without getting me her footprint. They claimed they couldn't get a good print because of the condition of her body. I HELD HER PAWS when she died and they were intact. I cannot believe that you would cremate someone's dog without calling us to let us know you couldn't get us a print, my daughter joined the army and she's coming home in two weeks, I was going to make her a necklace with honey's print since she didn't get to say goodbye and now I can't do that for her. I am extremely disappointed and heart broken.
