So thankful for the direction from the moment I inquired about what my options were. The knowledge of the receptionist regarding my options is what made my decision on using Murdoch’s. I was put in great hands with Joe. I never felt any pressure on any of my choices. I also found that they actually answer their phone unlike several other funeral services.
My mom was always adamant about two things when she talked about funeral planning: it had to be handled by Murdoch’s and she wanted it to be a Celebration of Life, not a funeral. We honored both of those wishes and working with Oglesby and the staff at Murdoch’s was a very special experience. They listened, spent time with us, understood what we wanted (and what we didn’t know we needed).
