From the first call I made to Joe, the pickup and viewing, through the arrangements discussion with Shawn and the follow-on contacts were all consistently provided at our pace and with concern for our wellbeing. Unfortunately, we had to use Westover funeral home twice in three weeks. Their organization is top notch. They have literally thought of everything and walked us through the entire process to ensure we had addressed everything. I cannot stress enough how compassionate they are. They are so calm, reassuring and provide such amazing guidance. They had suggestions we would never have thought of, that made our funerals even more beautiful. When we had questions they provided options, suggestions and their unique point of view. They were so comforting and personable that we never felt like we were asking for something we shouldn’t be. By the end of our engagement with them, they knew us, and I felt like we were literally working alongside friends. They have reached out after the fact to check on us and see if we were doing ok and if we needed anything. Their facilities are beautiful, and I can’t think of anything I would change. I would recommend them to anyone.
I can’t say enough good things about Iles Westover Funeral Home!! We have had all of our family funerals at Iles Westover going back 30+ years. The staff here is amazing, especially Cheyenne, who helped us with the details of my father‘s funeral in August. Cheyenne was great at communicating and added several special touches to the day of the funeral service that were heartfelt and very appreciated by me and my siblings. We had both the funeral service and the visitation the same day at the funeral home, which worked out really well for us. The facilities were beautiful and everything went smoothly. Elizabeth from the Iles staff has reached out numerous times before and after my dad‘s passing and even on my dad’s birthday a few days ago to check in on how we are doing. Elizabeth also offered resources to help us with grief and healing. I can’t say enough positive things about how Iles Westover staff have been so helpful and caring during the difficult process of laying my father to rest. A heartfelt thanks for all the support!!
Iles handled everything so very well and were such a comfort. They hold your hand and walk you through everything, taking all the burden off of you during such a difficult time. They truly are exceptional and Seth and Amy and all the other staff are wonderful to deal with. My family is very grateful for their services and support.
