love this place. grateful for a no-kill shelter that does everything to take care of these critters to the best of their abilities. they were giving away free dog jackets and i grabbed one for our pitbull who is already shivering. she loved it!

The staff and volunteers here are wonderful and they clearly care for the animals. I was looking for a 2nd cat and they were amazing at answering my questions regarding suitability with my first cat’s personality and playstyle. I was impressed that no matter who I talked to, they knew every pet’s personality and history. The adoption process was thorough and they send you home with tips, food, toys, and a blanket to help the transition.

We,ve gotten two pups from this shelter. They are both wonderful. The staff is kind and the adoption process was quick and easy. We even got our Bella free because she'd been there so long. They have so many more just waiting... please adopt!

this is our two-year-old cat Mia that we adopted from the Cedar Valley Humane Society. They made the process very easy and very quick and seamless. It was very easy to go in there and meet Mia in a private room. Get to know her a little bit and very easy to fill out the paperwork and take her home the same day. I would highly recommend Cedar Valley Humane Society. Anyone is looking to adopt a cat or a dog and wants a very easy and seamless process

I have just started volunteering here and I enjoy it so much. The staff really cares about all the animals. They are friendly and very helpful. They keep documentation about each animal to help people have a compatible match. The place is very clean. I love going there and giving a dog time to frolic in the play yard with the toys and taking them for walks.
