Cedar Memorial

Absolutely a disheartening experience with them. Not getting into all the details, but their “pre-planning so your loved ones don’t have to worry about it” is a total joke. My father would have been so disappointed in what his family was left to deal with on the financial side, even though we had a receipt that said “paid in full”. After my father passed and we had such a negative experience with them, we pulled my mothers’s funeral pre-planning arrangements from them and went elsewhere. Do not trust them!

I haven't done any business with the funeral home themselves, but the cemetery and park around it are amazing. It is a gorgeous area with pretty swans, flowers, and memorial pieces everywhere. Would be a nice place to even just walk or visit. Very well-maintained. Good area to enjoy local wildlife in the heart of the city.

Cedar Memorial helps make the celebration of life better in the midst of grief. Many who came to my sisters visitation said it was wonderful place to share tears and memories. They are very good. They have helped me say goodbye to 5 family members. Thank you

I was not impressed Cedar Memorial. The person they gave me to help with my husband’s funeral him being a veteran, and all was not compassionate, nor empathetic she refused to call him by his first name even though she been told his name many times. The only comment she kept making was she got her cremation certificate, and that’s all she was worried about her spirit wasn’t sitting well with me she could’ve have cared less. The only compassionate person in that place was the receptionist. That lady needs lessons in human dignity. The fact that the funeral Director of that place did not reach out to me, says a lot about them!

WORST PLACE! DONT give this place any money they are horrible people with absolutely no empathy. The blonde older lady. Her name is Cindy!! Horrible human DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!! I had my two month old child in my arms. It was getting super hot and he starting to get fussy. The entire funeral home was packed couldn’t walk up or down the hallways. There was so many people. You just simply couldn’t get through so I stepped into a room off the hall must’ve been her office or something like that there was other Family members standing there trying to figure out how to get the service onto the other TVs. She came up and shoved me and a two month old child out of the doorway and slammed the door in our Face. She is extremely lucky that it was a really hard day for everyone there otherwise no doubt in my mind law-enforcement would’ve gotten involved. I spoke to the greeter at the front door about this matter, and it seemed like this type of thing happens quite often. Extremely unprofessional, my face turned bright red. I was speechless had no idea how to react to somebody so heartless. If you read the other reviews, it sounds like I am not the first person that she has treated so poorly. Good luck to Ceder Memorial with that face representing you things are going to go south.
