Been wanting to go for years. Finally made it today. What a disappointment. Bad shape. So sad. The owner should be ashamed

Do not bury your pet here. They property is not maintained at all. There are weeds and grass up to your waist, and large fallen trees lay across graves. You aren’t even able to walk through the area.

We called them to have our pet cremated after he died. We met the owner (I assume she is the owner as she is the only person that answers the phone when we call). They wouldn't take a credit card because "it is too inconvenient" to use the card reader. We didn't get the remains until 13 days later after calling them 3 times to make arrangements. Instead of meeting at the office, we met at a fast food restaurant because it was too far for her to meet me in the office. At the fast food restaurant she asked them for a paper sack to put the baggie full of remains in for me. Totally unprofessional. We had used them in the past for another pet but will never use them again or recommend them.
