Loyal & True Pet Cremation Services

My wife and I recently had lost the last fur baby of 3 we had in our 12 years of marriage. We decided to make the difficult decision to say goodbye through the in home euthanasia company Laps of Love. Laps of Love did a wonderful job with showing our Daisy girl the care and compassion to us and her in the process. We decided to go with Laps of Love's partnership cremation service with Loyal and True due to the convenience of Dr. Fruits being able to take Daisy afterwards. We did think Loyal and True's presentation of urn and items within our bag were very nice. We were not pleased, however, with the communication we had with Loyal and True. Specifically, the feeling of care and compassion. It appeared that there was some miscommunication about the pricing of the urn with the package we had purchased through Laps of Love. My wife and I spoke to 3 different employees in trying to figure out pricing and none of those employees said they were sorry for our loss, until we had been forwarded to the owner who did say she was sorry and was willing to work in a $20 discount. It felt for us that it was more of a business transaction than about the love and care for us and our lost pup. We even reached out to Laps of Love about this. Their cremation manager told us that she would definitely reach out to Loyal and True and she wouldn't be surprised that the manager wouldn't give us a call. We never received that call. Hence why we decided to go with another cremation company for our urn. I would highly recommend anyone who has lost a pet to reach out to Forever Above instead of Loyal and True who will instead treat you and your pet with compassion and love. As they have had done before with our other 2 pets. Extra bonus: They will also come to your home to pick your pet up for you after their business hours as well.

I had the best experience with this company during the worst time for our family. We lost our beloved pupperdog, Kong, and they took wonderful care of him for us. They were kind, compassionate, and very helpful during the whole process. They picked him up at the emergency vet in Indianapolis and was very quick in getting him back to us. A few employees have reached out asking if we were doing ok. This was our first pet cremation and I am very happy we chose them and made the decision on cremation. It's kindness that helps to heal a broken heart. Thank you all so much for making a difficult time a little less difficult. ❤️ 🐾

We have used Loyal & True for several pets and so does my family. They are compassionate, helpful and very caring. They treat your fur baby like any other member of your family because that’s what they are. We are very grateful for the tender loving care that we received during this difficult time.

When I recently lost my shepherd on a friday. I contacted Loyal &True. By Monday i had my sweet girls ashes home. They were very kind, respectful and answered all my questions. I highly recommend them. The image i attached is my little girl snuggling with me during a thunderstorm.

The lady's at Loyal and True Pet Cremation Services were very kind and sympathetic when our beloved Madeusa passed away after 14 years.
