So I have heard so many rumors about this place but you know that's just want they are rumors. Idc what anyone says I give this place a 5 I have been going here for as long as I can remember for family and friends who have passed. But never have I had to plan a funeral before til now. My baby sister passed away and her husband made it to where both of us made decisions on my sisters behalf. She was 26. I'm 32 and her husband is 27 so ya we are still young. So we went to this place not knowing anything what to do where to go how to do anything what to pick or what was the best for the best for my baby sister. Who what where and how we didn't know. Sherri and Judy did everything for us. They was amazing they was very nice. Friendly. Patient they was also honest about everything they helped us step by step it deff made it so much easier for us. They got everything done so fast and in a great time. My sister has already been cremated and the services are already done finished. And these ladies still called to check up on us to make sure we was doing okay and ate still helping us with the death certificate and he insurance even after it's done the ladies are deff the best. Sherri and Judy both deserve a raise. I highly recommend this place as long as these 2 ladies are there and doing everything. So make sure to ask for them to help you thru it all cause they deff make one of the hardest times of someone's life which is saying good bye to a loved one they make everything so much easier for you so you are able to grieve. We came in to make arrangements for our beloved family member and Judy helped us through the difficult process. Judy was caring, supportive, sympathetic and patient with us. Judy listened to us and made us feel comfortable and confident we were making the right decisions for our family member. Judy wrote the obituary with just a few stories and she nailed it. The obituary was wonderful and we had lots of compliments on it. Every time we would call, Judy was so gracious in answering questions and listening to our needs. Judy is amazing and Fountain Square Cremation and Funeral Services are very lucky to have her on their team.

When we arrived we were greeted promptly by Kate. After coming inside we were then greeted by Wednesday & Pugsley (their cat companions), which being cat people ourselves, was very comforting during our time of grieving. Judy came in the room and talked to us while making us feel very welcomed. She listened to us talk about my husband’s father (who we were there for) to help get a sense of the kinda person he truly was. All the while I had Wednesday laying across my lap purring away.❤️ Even with the complications that arose with his cremation she was very kind and comforting. You could tell she was sincere and takes doing her job with pride. The obituary she wrote for him in just the short amount of time she had to get to know him through us talking was remarkable. They definitely have our business from here on out and will recommend them whenever we possibly can. From Katie and Justin Busic.. we have been and still are grieving but, should have done this sooner.Our apologies..we would love to highlight Judy's efforts, support, and work ethic pertaining to our 19 month old daughters death, words can't express how grateful we are of Judy but we are gonna try... this has been such a tragedy and worst thing we have EVER had to go through in our lives, but in light of that and our family support, Judy created such a beautiful service for our little angel 😇 even how sad we are, this woman was able to make my husband and I laugh something prior to the funeral we felt guilty doing because of how destroyed we are 😭 Judy is so amazing the way she captured our memories on the slide show to the details we gave her how we wanted our daughters service to be, down to our little angels hair we wanted. My papaw passed away and we chose this location to have his service and I am so glad we did. So friendly, laid back and they made the service list like he would have wanted. My papaw had a sense of humor and they for sure understood the assignment haha. If I need to choose a funeral home in the future I will definitely be choosing them.
