Forever Above

When I walked in to pick the ashes of my sweet 3 yr old pup Fizz, I really wanted to stay strong and not cry. I was welcomed with such care and compassion I couldn't help but lose it and honestly it was ok. They let me kno it was ok, Fizz was worth grieving over. The staff took their time and let me kno that what they do matters to them. I felt like my boy was shown dignity and respect after his passing. They gave me a lovely paw print they had made from him and some locks of his hair. They gave me other options for things I could do to remember him by, but didn't pressure me to "add anything on". Just said it was there in the future if I ever so desired. I highly recommend them for something that is such heartbreak to so many.

We lost our German Shepherd, Dalek, just before Christmas. The cost and complications of taking him to a vet were daunting. Then, the vet suggested cremation, which was expensive. We were recommended Forever Above. Dalek passed away quickly and was not interested in being touched. At around 3:30 am, when he passed, we were given this company’s name. They took care of everything by 4 am. Tom came out the next day and took him. Tom showed great care for our pet. They handle everything in-house. We opted for the “silver” package, which offered more value for the price than his vet wanted to charge. It’s important to note that we were considering getting someone to put him down, but he had his own plan. We picked up his ashes, a paw casting, a paw print, a bit of his hair, and a death certificate. What we didn’t know was that they work with vets and have some who would have come out and taken the dog for cremation afterward. Knowing this now, we would have explored the use of a vet sooner. Your pet could not be better taken care of than by Tom and his company. We are grateful for the care they showed to our beloved family member.

After 15yrs we lost our orange tabby George. It was really hard on us especially my daughter! When I called they were the kindest souls I’ve ever spoken to, they didn’t rush and just listened! The sweetest, most loving and respectful people I’ve ever met. They made the hardest moment peaceful and loving! I’m so happy I found them and wouldn’t go with anyone else. Thank you

After having to make the absolutely dreadful and heartbreaking decision to put our beloved dog Bear down at the age of 15 we made the decision to use forever above to do his private cremation. We knew nothing about this whole process and worked with Comfort @ Home who recommended Forever Above for the cremation services. This was such a scary process because we were absolutely heartbroken about having to make that awful decision but as soon as we talked to the amazing people at Forever Above we knew that our sweet boy Bear would be in wonderful hands. It was a days notice and they answered the phone and with no hesitation were able to fit us in to drop off our sweet boy. We were a mess when we got there and right when we walked in the entire process was so respectful to both us and our boy. She gave us as much time with him as we wanted and didn't rush the process whatsoever. She was so helpful in showing us all of the Urns and jewelry and explaining everything we needed to know and answered all of our questions. We picked out an absolutely beautiful walnut wood urn and 2 gorgeous cremation necklaces. We said our goodbyes and she assured us that he would be very well taken care of, which we knew as soon as we met her. We received his Urn and cremation jewelry so quickly which was wonderful because we were so happy to be able to bring him back home. They packaged everything so beautifully and everything was absolutely perfect! They even gave us a paw impression, some of his fur clippings, and a paw print which was so thoughtful. During such a heartbreaking time Forever Above made sure to take wonderful care of both our sweet boy and us and made everything just a little bit easier. This place was recommended to me by two different people, and I must say, they are the most kind and caring people that I've ever interacted with. The prices were very reasonable for the services provided, and they were extremely friendly to me throughout the entire process. Losing our animal children is amongst some of the hardest we'll ever have to endure in our lives. I'm grateful that Forever Above helped bring me a little peace and comfort as I grieve.
