Our pet passed away around midnight and we called Always & Furever Pet Cremation around 2 AM. They answered and were so sympathetic. They offer pickup service but we decided to take our pet to them. They brought out a cot with a beautiful blanket ready to keep him comfortable even after the end. We sat and spoke with them about Jinx until 3 AM, they never rushed us out but made imus feel welcome to grieve. Lori is just the sweetest person. We couldn't think of a lot of stories at the moment, but we kept texting them to her over the next couple days. She wrote a beautiful obituary and put his pictures into a beautiful video. Communication was amazing about pickup of the remains and she still sat and talked with us when we picked up. Our pet's remains came in a beautiful wooden box, plus a nose print, and some of his hair. Having them helped us get through the difficult time much easier.
They were very kind, compassionate and respectful. They did such a wonderful job and even prepared a remembrance video. Excellent place. I would use them again.
