As one family shared: "Andy and Susan were sweet and considerate throughout the process. Even though..." With a 5.
Andy and Susan were sweet and considerate throughout the process. Even though we texted at 1 AM, they responded immediately to set up an appointment the following day. They made this difficult time a little easier. We will miss Meatball forever. Thanks to Heavenly Hound, we have her home with us and have memorabilia to remind us of her sweet paws and nose.
Susan and Andy were absolutely amazing to work with, they were both so caring and compassionate during the entire process. They came and picked up my precious Stella and sent me updates throughout the process. They both treated Stella as though she was their own. They have done an absolutely beautiful job honoring my girl. So glad I found them! Would 1,000% recommend their services to anyone who loses their beloved pet. Cannot thank them enough! 💜
We are so grateful we found and took our pet to Heavenly Hound. Susan and Andy are amazing and were compassionate and caring about the loss of our loved one. They went above and beyond, Susan responded right away when we contacted them, they took the time to answer all our questions, help up pick the right service for our pet, and kept us informed during the process by sending pictures of Ford’s paw print, nose print, hair clippings, and letting us know when the cremation was finished so we could bring him home. We cannot say enough positive things on how they took care of us at our difficult time. We would highly recommend the Heavenly Hound.
The Heavenly Hound pet cremation is top-notch. Susan spent a good amount of time sitting with us and getting to know our pet when we brought our ferret to their business. I sent a Facebook message on a Saturday evening asking about their services. Susan returned my message in a matter of minutes and invited us to bring Buckette right away. A snowstorm was predicted for the next day. Susan wanted to make sure we were able to get Buckette there before the snow came. Buckette was ready on Thursday. I met Andy. Andy was very kind and caring. He presented the certificate, Buckette's ashes, fur clipping, paw prints, and a card with a handwritten note. If there is ever a need for your pet to be cremated and you want them cared for during the process, The Heavenly Hound is your place to contact.
I left them a review on Facebook after losing 2 family dogs. Now we have lost 4, tree of them being the ones I grew up with, one being my step moms dog. We miss our dogs so much and I can’t imagine having anyone better to have laid them to rest. Susan and Andy are both amazing people. My step mom’s dog passed during the night and they worked with me to drop her off. They also worked with us on a payment plan (you receive ashes after you have paid). They are truly amazing. I am so thankful to have had such amazing people care for my beloved animals.
