My family and I have nothing but great things to say about The Neptune Society! They handled everything for us when my husband died. They are kind and compassionate and we highly recommend them. We planned ahead with Donald Gleason and he was wonderful ❤️

My experience with Neptune Society was a very pleasant experience. More so than I expected. I worked with a very professional woman (Donna Zenthoefer) who made me feel comfortable considering the reason I was there. My daughter went a long with me, as she will be along with my son involved in my planning of cremation. Donna explained everything very well and I was pleasantly surprised at the cost that I can pay over the course of 6 1/2 years. I would highly recommend Neptune Society for anyone who is thinking of cremation. It was a pleasant experience.

My Mother purchased a cremation package years prior to her passing. The Neptune Team was compassionate, caring & kept me informed of the process. There were no hidden expenses. By preplanning, the family was able to follow our moms wishes. The whole process was stress free during a time when emotions run high. I would highly recommend the Neptune Society for anyone considering cremation.

We used the Neptune Society for my grandparents and it was so much less stressful. Since then my mom, Uncle and my Aunt have all signed up. I just got my dad to do it as well. My husband and I also plan to get signed up to give the piece of mind to our family and children.

My dad purchased services from Neptune while living in Florida in 2011. Fourteen years later when we need the services in Indiana they treated us like gold. They never made me feel like we should get the bargain treatment. Above and beyond. Thank you for guiding me gently through the process.
