My experience with Neptune Society was a very pleasant experience. More so than I expected. I worked with a very professional woman (Donna Zenthoefer) who made me feel comfortable considering the reason I was there. My daughter went a long with me, as she will be along with my son involved in my planning of cremation. Donna explained everything very well and I was pleasantly surprised at the cost that I can pay over the course of 6 1/2 years. I would highly recommend Neptune Society for anyone who is thinking of cremation. It was a pleasant experience.
My Mother purchased a cremation package years prior to her passing. The Neptune Team was compassionate, caring & kept me informed of the process. There were no hidden expenses. By preplanning, the family was able to follow our moms wishes. The whole process was stress free during a time when emotions run high.
