They won’t tell you the fees when you call for information. When I called to officially set up arrangements, the price went from $120 to $220. I would not recommend them for anyone. They have zero compassion. I quickly turned to Paws & Remember.
When my pet passed on Christmas eve they were available to assist me. They asked me what time I could arrive and they met me and arrived early. The staff member took my name and my pets then they gave me the papers.They removed my pet from my car and I didn't leave the vehicle because of covid precautions. I was able to pick up my pets remains 28 days later at the funeral home.
It would be great if someone would answer the phone. I’ve called for the last 24 hours with zero response.
