Jeff, Catherine, Nick and all of the staff at Lauck and Veldhof took such wonderful care of our family at such a difficult time. Everything was taken care of so beautifully and with such care down to every last detail. They helped us to honor our loved one which meant so much to us. The facility is absolutely beautiful , comfortable and so well cared for and presented. Jeff and the staff could not have been more attentive, helpful and welcoming. Thank you so much. Jeff and Nick were amazing to work with. Their customer service was outstanding—always responsive and patient with our many questions during a difficult time. They did a fantastic job with the preparation of the body, and their thoughtful suggestions for the casket were beautiful and meaningful. Everyone we worked with was kind, professional, and made the process as easy as possible. We are truly grateful for their care and support. Highly recommend.

Jeff and his wonderful team helped tremendously in planning a beautiful and peaceful service for my dear uncle. We are so thankful for the respect, kindness, and compassion they showed our family. Our uncle looked so peaceful as he was led to his final resting place.

My mother died 3 weeks ago. We have a large family and appreciated that Jeff only serves one family at a time. Jeff, Catherine and their whole staff took such good care of all of us. From the young man who came to the hospital and treated Mom with such dignity and respect as he gently wrapped her and covered her with a quilt as he transported her to the funeral home, to Catherine, who worked magic to restore Mom to her previous elegance, the three lovely ladies stationed at the door...ready to help with the littlest request, and finally, Jeff who welcomed us all as family and organized a beautiful, meaningful send-off for Mom. I cannot recommend them more highly. I was especially touched by the little things that make the place feel homey. We had little great-grandchildren there and there was a comfortable area hidden away where kids could be kids, with a full kitchen and a place to play cards or read a book and just "escape" for awhile. Jeff has placed some Boston Terrier distractions as well that the kids noticed & enjoyed. Thank you Jeff, Catherine and your full staff for helping make some good memories.
