Angela and the homeward bound team provided care far beyond expectations, offering a much more compassionate experience than that of using a typical veterinarian service. I am deeply grateful to have met Angela just hours after my girl unexpectedly passed away in my arms at home. She thoughtfully answered questions I hadn't yet considered and handled everything with great compassion. She spoke with empathy and explained things clearly, while reassuring me throughout the entire process that my baby was in the best hands. During such a difficult time, trusting someone with your most precious companion is never easy, but itβs evident that Angela was truly meant to be where she is now, doing what she does. We will definitely be turning to them for all of our challenging moments in the future.
The crew here are genuinely warm and engaging with you in this most sensitive time. They are so compassionate and thoughtful and i just can't thank them enough for that. I've had a few passings and I turn to them every time. The choices are astounding and they get things done in a quick time. I'm so thankfull for the personal care that I find here and although I'm not looking to do alot of business at Homeward Bound if I do find myself in need I'm definitely Homeward bound
Most difficult time is when you have to say goodbye to your beloved family pet. For me was my beautiful handsome Yellow english Labrador Duke of 17 years.....I'm devastated π. Taking him here to be cremated so I have him with me always. The woman here Angela Fecker understood about my loss and is very compassionate. The cremation package i received is beyond words. I can't thank them enough for such a wonderful job they did for my puppy. I miss you dearly my Duke....love you always.
Started out good enough. Grew a bit suspicious when I saw the large dumpster right next to the place where you bring your deceased animals for the supposed cremation service. I never saw or was shown any equipment or facilities to carry out actual cremation but rather we carted my 85 lb dog into the office. After 2.5 weeks of not hearing anything, I called. Could not get an answer, so left my name and phone number requesting a call back with an update. Now, another 2.5 business days and more than 3 weeks since I brought my dog and still not a word. What do you readers think? Should this place be professionally investigated?
Ive used Homeward bound several times in the past and I will not go anywhere else. The love and compassion they give and show for our fur babies go above and beyond what words can say. My Kadie girl passed away 7/2/25 while I was outta the state and I called after hours and within 5 minutes or less Angela was calling me back. She took my baby in and help her until I got home so I could say goodbye. She even offered to allow me to pay when I came in not many places will do that they want payment the minute you walk in the door. I went on Monday to say goodbye and Angela had her waiting on me. I was allowed to spend time with her was not rushed. Angela loves our fur babies as much as we do and she treats them with so much love and respect until we pick them up. Even after that I've received calls & cards of sympathy. Thank you Angela & Homeward Bound for all you do.
