We experienced the death of two close family members just two months apart. Needless to say, we were overwhelmed with grief and anxiety. Keith made both experiences easier to handle. Not only is he very kind and compassionate, but also hard-working and detail-oriented. When we needed death certificates quicker than usual, he picked them up himself. I am grateful for all of his help and also had positive experiences when encountering other staff members.
