In June, I experienced the most devastating loss of my life—my husband passed away unexpectedly at just 33 years old. Elaine at Fairhaven was so incredibly kind after the passing of my father closely followed by my sister. No one expects or plans to have two funerals in a few weeks. Elaine did not try to upsell or pressure me into things I could not afford. She was compassionate, accommodating and so easy to work with. At my sisters service all of the staff went above and beyond to help provide everything we needed for a large crowd. She thought of things I did not, printed signs, gathered more easels for pictures, helped with slideshow, music and live streaming the event. The whole day went smoothly despite the heartbreak. The staff kept the area clean and managed, trash was taken out quickly. Things were cleaned and carried to my car. Everything was done with the love and compassion of a family, not a paid service. I will be forever grateful to Fairhaven and especially Elaine for their work and commitment to compassion.

Elizabeth and Aaron were especially helpful, considerate and accommodating. Excellent and friendly customer service. They made the process of losing my father a little bit easier and took away my stress by the services provided. I would definitely recommend for your family members.
