They were all so amazing to work with, Ric was great with my family and had good humor during such a tough time. They let us do whatever we wanted with decor and had all that we needed and more. Ric was even kind enough to give us a name of a pastor because ours couldn’t make it. He was a wonderful pastor and did a great service for my dad. The food and extra rooms were taken care of and restocked well. The dinner after was wonderful and decorated well with all of my dad’s flowers! Everything was beautiful and very well done for my dad! We were very thankful for everyone involved during this very sad time in our lives.
Divine Mercy and Ric were wonderful to work with during such a difficult time. Ric went above and beyond to make sure my family was comfortable and even just checked in on us to see how we’re coping after the death of my father. Ric was extremely quick to respond anytime we reached out to him and was very caring and compassionate. I would 100% recommend this funeral home.
Everyone at Divine Mercy was amazing. Their kindness and empathy each step of planning our Dad’s viewing and funeral was greatly appreciated. They provided us with the ability to show who my Dad was, from having the tractor he restored out back to the school bus he drove out front. They took the time to learn about him and helped display pictures and artifacts from his life that showed everyone how much he is loved. This was the hardest thing our family has had to do, but we are so grateful for Ric and the staff at Divine Mercy.
The team at Divine Mercy was beyond gracious and helpful when we lost my dad in November of 2025. Not only are they clearly experts at what they do, but they came alongside us almost as friends or extended family and walked with us through the whole funeral journey. They really knew how to be sensitive to what we were going through while also helping us tackle the incredible amount of administrative stuff that unfortunately has to be dealt with during the loss of a loved one. And they had no sales agenda to get us to spend more money. Can't thank them enough and for sure would recommend them to anyone!
Divine Mercy was a calm presence during a storm. They provided our family with sincere and compassionate care during such a difficult time. The process was smooth, organized, quick, and customized to our wishes, and they even provided a folder of checklists of what needed done and when. We worked specifically with Ric who felt like a family friend by the end of the process, and he made sure that funeral arrangements weren’t an unnecessary burden during an already impossibly hard time We felt like we were his only clients and that he gave us his undivided attention. The staff kept a close eye on us during the arrangements and made sure we had fresh coffee and water and anything else we may need all while maintaining a discrete presence. The facility was beautiful and was able to be customized for the vision we wanted to honor my dad. We never wanted to have to need their services but we did and couldn’t have been happier with our experience.
