Keith was absolutely amazing during this whole process. Our family has been so stressed out, not knowing what to do. We lost our dad and it's just my sister and I trying to figure everything out. We never been through any of this before. Keith guided us through everything and couldn't have been more helpful to our family. I just wanted to let you guys know he truly took so much weight off of our shoulders. He made this whole experience so much easier. Thank you Keith from the bottom of our heart.

My husband and I have had dealings with Covington Memorial since 1979, which is when we purchased our burial plots. We recently had some questions that we felt we needed a better understanding of. Eric Vallos was AMAZING! He made us feel like our questions were important and worthy of answers. He was very patient with us, taking the time to make sure that all of our questions were answered and that we understood the answer to each question. Eric gave us so much time of his day and never made us feel that we needed to hurry. He had pulled all of our paperwork and had went over it many time's before meeting with us so that he was aware of everything we have with Covington, so that he could better help us. We were very impressed with everything Eric did to help us. We can't begin to THANK him enough for all he did for us. Eric knows his job and does it well. He goes out of his way to help in any way he can and really doesn't mind the paperwork! When working with Eric, you can trust that he'll ALWAYS do his best to help you !!

Eric Vallow was incredibly understanding when our family was unable to locate the grave of a family member years after the funeral. We realized that the family member responsible for ensuring the monument was in place had not done so. Eric quickly helped us correct the error with dignity and grace.

Eric was so easy to work with, he went above and beyond…We liked him so much. He even came in on his day off to help us. He is outstanding and made me feel so comfortable with him, took the stress off me having lost my mom.

This is my daughters grave site after over two years of telling them the ground is uneven and grass isn’t growing they still leave it like this. Before you give money to a cemetery make sure you know their business model. This one is similar to the used car lot on Matilda. We even had some of their employees yelling at each other during her service! **this bench is not from Covington, theirs was almost triple the price I paid for it from another company**
