Our dog passed away early this morning. We have used this service previously, and been pleased. When we looked on the website, it said they opened at 7:00 AM. I drove there from Richmond, and they were not open at 7:00. I called and a gentleman answered and said they didn’t open until 9:00. There was no sympathy in this trying time, and I couldn’t wait another two hours. I called a place in Dayton who were very kind and said I could come by anytime, 24/7. This is where we will go from now on. I was very disappointed.
