We took our sweet mousy cat that we had for over 12years here and they were very very nice and respectful! Great price, clean environment, and when we got her back they gave me a paw print which was perfect and a beautiful silk bag. Thank you again for everything you do/did! Our dog passed away early this morning. We have used this service previously, and been pleased. When we looked on the website, it said they opened at 7:00 AM. I drove there from Richmond, and they were not open at 7:00. I called and a gentleman answered and said they didn’t open until 9:00. There was no sympathy in this trying time, and I couldn’t wait another two hours. I called a place in Dayton who were very kind and said I could come by anytime, 24/7. This is where we will go from now on. I was very disappointed.
Our first time using a pet cremation, the gentleman who helped us was caring and nice and let us see our cat before we left we did the next day pick up, we will use this place again if we ever need to
