Tails To Remember Pet Services

I wanted to come here and highly recommend tails to remember. My cat unexpectedly passed away and we took her there to have her cremated.. Steve was very compassionate, kind and understanding. I wanted to say thank for ur services.

I have used Tails for several of my beloved lost pets over the years and realized far too late that I don't seem to have ever posted a review. Finding this business was like a miracle. Every loss has been hard, but Tails' kindness and compassion helps get you through the tough parts of saying goodbye. They've even managed to inject some levity into our conversations, which allows us a moment to laugh or smile in the midst of grieving. Their pricing is fair and reasonable, they offer clippings of your pet's fur and other memorials, and their urns are lovely. They also make a point to be available around the clock, so they're there anytime you need them. Their gift shop is such a cute little stop where you can buy treats, collars, and other goods for the pets you're fortunate to still have with you as well as memorials for your departed ones. There is also a wonderful self-service pet wash that is available any time. Your pet is in such good hands when in the care of this team. I will never choose another service for mine.

Amazing place, fantastic people! They have taken care of my bearded dragon and cat after they passed, and each was cared for with kindness and compassion. Prices are extremely reasonable, and the pawprint/nose print pieces are a beautiful reminder of your little loved one.

I called on the evening of Christmas Eve regarding my dog who passed away and the on call person who answered was very rude and had a rude tone the entire call. I even apologized for calling because it was the evening of Christmas Eve, which I shouldn't have felt like I had to do. I would have gladly left a message. He kept saying "mhmm" and was absolutely no help. I just wanted to set an appointment for Friday because they do everything by appointment, just ask them, and the man said oh just call on Friday. And at the end said "oh and sorry for your loss", it was not sincere at all. I went with another business and will never recommend this business.

Nobody is happy after the loss of a beloved pet but Jeff and his partner over at tails to remember made what was a devastating situation a little better. We have had 4 dogs pass with in the past year and each time it got harder and harder to say goodbye. But the compassion, patience and understanding shown by these guys is unmeasurable. Their hearts are huge. The urns made for private cremation are beautiful. The prices are very reasonable and reflect the owner’s understanding that nobody should have to pay an arm and a leg to bring their pet home in a beautifully crafted urn. I would recommend them every time for pet cremation.
