Pet Cremation by Water

I cannot thank Philip enough. My first visit there, my soul kitty was water cremated. Phil went through the process, explained all the ins and outs of all processes, and handled my Gobbles with the upmost care. I stare at her now at home, with Phil in mind- with the up-most respect. Digital prints, engraving, jewelry that is of original design- paw print stone, the list goes on. I am beyond grateful, Phil, you are one of a kind.

Cremation by Water was a great experience. When I had to put my baby down I was very heartbroken. Cremation by Water kept me updated throughout the week. They let me know when she was ready to picked up and gave me days and times they were available. I was even able to text them when I planned on coming. They always responded. I liked how stress free it was when I did the at home euthanasia. All I needed was to give my card and everything was set. I didn’t have to arrange anything which allowed me to focus on grieving. I didn’t get the lady’s name who handed me Rainers ashes, but she was very nice and informative. You can tell she loves her job and takes great care of our baby’s who cross the rainbow bridge. What I also liked was that water cremation was only $20 more than regular. I liked the idea of it being more eco friendly and getting a larger amount of ashes compared to the normal way. We lost our beloved pet a week ago. In moment of distress I called around to different places and this phone call was the one that was the most responsive, patient, and overall got the most upfront information from the start. We took in our dog that evening and Phil was great not just with us, but he had a way with my kids and answering their questions and explaining the process is such a caring yet factual way. He gave them space to process and understand this process. With us adults he was able to balance this difficult time and had a great sense of humor and peaceful presence. I felt so much more comfortable leaving our dog with them, as I wasn’t sure what to expect when dropping him off. I left at peace with our decision. When I went to pick up his ashes, Phil again was great at letting me have my moment but bringing in that sense of humor to help liven up this aspect of life. Thank you to the team for their communication but also their commitment to service, not just for our pet, but for the pet’s humans :) I hope to not to see them again ;) but if we were in a similar situation, I’m giving them a call again. I’ve already shared their info to family and friends who’ve asked about our process and experience.

After searching online I came across Philip and Colleen with Cremation by Water. I called and spoke with Philip unsure of how to proceed as this was the first time we had gone through this process. He was able to provide clear instruction, how his business would assist and what would happen afterwards. They truly cared and were very responsive to our family’s needs for Miley, our 13 year old black lab mix. Everything I wanted for to do for her was made possible by Philip and his team and followed up on promptly. We had Miley’s remains back just a few days later along with a digital and clay paw print keepsake. They were able to make a difficult process much easier to handle for our family.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. We lost our sweet bunny Chloe unexpectedly last week. We knew we wanted to cremate her, so I did a google search and Pet Cremation by Water came up. I sent them a message, and they responded right away. I was able to bring her in the same day. Colleen greeted me, and she was so incredibly kind. She explained the entire process, and gave me a tour of their business. Philip also came out and introduced himself, and he is just as kind. They allowed me as much time as I needed with Chloe before I had to say goodbye to her. When it was time to pick up Chloe’s remains, I brought my 11 year old with me as it was her bunny. Philip greeted us, and he was wonderful with my daughter. He told her all about Chloe and showed her everything we were bringing home with us. Losing a pet is VERY difficult and hard, but Philip and Colleen and their kindness made it so much easier. I can’t thank them enough. I HIGHLY recommend Pet Cremation by Water. They truly are amazing.
