I cannot say enough good things about Lincoln Land Cremation Society. From the very first moment, they showed such compassion and professionalism during one of the most difficult times of my life. The young woman who came the night my Dad passed away was so caring, gentle, and respectful—not only toward him, but toward me as well. Her kindness in those first few hours meant more than she’ll ever know. Throughout the entire process, every member of the staff went above and beyond. They personally called to express their condolences, kept me updated at each step, and made sure I never felt alone or unsure about what was happening. Their communication was consistent, clear, and filled with genuine empathy. When I came to pick up my Dad’s ashes, they added a thoughtful personal touch by laminating his obituary for me—something I hadn’t expected but appreciated deeply. It was a small gesture that spoke volumes about the care and compassion they put into their work. Lincoln Land Cremation Society helped me through an incredibly hard moment with grace, dignity, and true kindness. I am forever grateful for everything they did for my family and for me. We were very happy with the services provided by LLCS, and truly appreciate their help and kindness shown when my mother passed. LLCS were so helpful and compassionate in the assistance they gave me with the passing and cremation of my mother. They were in contact with me the moment she passed and told me every step that was to take place and helped me with all the paper work and other details that need to be addressed at these times. They even follow up well after the passing and cremation with advice on grieving and other matters. I definitely recommend their service.
