I am so thankful for the service offered by Eternal Friends Pet Crematory. The clay paw print was made with great care and the vial of hair was precisely arranged to resemble the black and white swirl on her neck. Great care was taken of my girl and I find deep comfort in that. Thank you for returning her blanket to me ❤️

I highly recommend Eternal Friends. They are so professional and so kind. This was my first ever pet death as an adult and they answered all my questions and it made going through this a lot easier. I didn't have any time to prepare because her passing was sudden. They gave me one last beautiful memory of my sweet Ruby and I can't thank them enough. We had her covered because her face was unrecognizable. The crematory operator, I think her name was Natasha, asked if we wanted to see her one last time and I asked if it would be possible for them to fix her face first. She brought her back to us so we could say goodbye and she looked so beautiful, as almost if she was sleeping peacefully. We will choose Eternal Friends again in the future.

The staff at Eternal Friends are very kind and compassionate people. I deeply appreciated their kindness when I needed to cremate my rabbit. They were nonjudgemental and helpful when I was swamped with grief over losing my childhood pet. The process for everything (setting up an appointment, the paperwork, etc) was very simple. I was glad their urn catalogue was listed online so that I was able to browse it prior to coming in. Overall, they did a great job with caring for her and it was a fast turn around to being able to receive her ashes back. And the thoughtfulness in the spot they chose for a hair clipping!

Losing a pet is one of the hardest things, and my situation was no exception, but the staff at Eternal Friends Pet Crematory were incredibly kind, supportive, and helpful throughout the entire process. I actually began filling out the online form when my dog was initially diagnosed months prior to his passing, and Justin was kind enough to reach out by phone when I didn’t complete the form to make sure that everything was okay and that I didn’t simply need help with the form. I asked him several follow up questions at the time, and he was patient and thorough. I kept this in mind when it actually came time to say goodbye to my buddy. The actual day of his death, I made an appointment with them and they met me there and offered me time and space to say goodbye. They were willing to move at my pace the entire time and I never felt rushed or like they didn’t have my best interest at heart. And although it may seem silly given that my dog was already passed away, I felt a lot of relief trusting them with him. I had my dog his entire life, so even this felt very personal and I knew he was in good hands. They called me a week later and let me know that he was ready for me and they had placed him in a very nice temporary urn made of metal which had the rainbow bridge poem on it, created a paw print on clay, written a certificate of cremation (aquamation actually) out, and trimmed a substantial fur clipping for me and secured it in an envelope. Their care and compassion at every step is what should be shown to everyone. I can’t recommend them enough.
