If I could give Gary and Kelli 10 stars I would. My little sister just passed away suddenly and I was so distraught. The entire process after losing someone is a nightmare not to mention your grieving. I had no idea what this all entailed. I was trying to get my sister’s body from coroner as quick as possible because I live in FL and I needed to see her. Gary made that happen. He also did an absolute AMAZING job on her and she literally looked like she was sleeping. We got to spend time with her say goodbye and I no longer had that feeling that she was being mistreated, or alone on a hard table, or just another body like the coroner made me feel. Gary made this whole process feel personal which put me at ease. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart Gary for being a light in such a confusing dark time for me. I was able to see Melinda and let her know how much I love her face to face as well as my other family members. You were clearly born to do this and I will forever be grateful.
Dealing with the sudden loss of a loved one is a significant challenge, and the absence of a will or written wishes can create additional obstacles. We appreciate your efforts in facilitating this process, Gary. Unfortunately, most establishments we contacted only offered their plans, not what we wanted.
