Butler Funeral Home & Cremation Tribute Center-Chatham

Due to unfortunate circumstances, my family had to use Butler in Chatham twice within January. We had pre-planned both of my parents' services in 2022 which helped make finalizing the services go quicker but even so, our situation was one I hope they don't have often. We delayed my father's service for a month with no planned date, waiting for my mom's health to improve. And then we went from no idea to wanting to have the service with a week's time. Our Director Porcelain was one of the most professional and caring people i have ever met. She was always ready to help us to make anything happen that we wanted in either my mom's or dad's service. The entire staff was courteous and pleasant to deal with and made everyone there feel welcome and appreciated and like we were the only thing they had been focusing on since we contacted them. Porcelain even frequently would text me if we hadn't talked in a few days to see if the situation had changed, to check on my mom's health and to make us feel like everything was under control despite the spiraling mess we were in the middle of.

Butler Funeral Home was so patient, kind, understanding and helpful when my mother passed away. Their attention to details ensured a smooth decision making process. The knowledge and professionalism of their staff is second to none.

Staff go out of their way to ensure the best is done for the services. Very considerate during such a difficult time.
