Having lost both my parents within a year and a half, there was no one more compassionate and caring than Phillip Bisch. From the first phone call to when it came time to plan their combined Celebration of Lives, his professionalism, attention to detail, patience, and guidance throughout the entire process was amazing. Phillip really showed his continued excellence for our family when he took time away from his own family to facilitate the service. Not only was Phillip present at the service, but took the time to personally deliver all of the flowers to the reception that followed. His presence and shared grief made a significant impact on our entire family. Thank you Phillip and the entire staff at Bisch for going above and beyond!

I was VERY happy with my experience at Bisch Funeral Home. We used them for pre-planning and for a graveside burial service. They also facilitated my father's remains to be transported from Ohio to Illinois and it went without a hitch. Phillip personally saw us through the entire process from day 1 of pre-planning to being present at the actual burial service. He guided us every step of the way. He was easily available, responsive, compassionate, organized and efficient! Thank you to Phillip and all the behind the scenes staff who made this possible.

I am beyond grateful for Phillip and his team. We needed to find a funeral home for my sister in laws family.
