Just picked up the ashes for my dearly departed fur baby who died after 11 beautiful years. From my first call to my last visit, the ppl here have been nothing but kind and considerate. They made sure to walk me through the process and were not pushy at all. The actual facilities were very clean and respectable which made me feel at easy with handing fluffy over. The urns were exactly as advertised and the certificate of private cremation had a lovely passage on it that made me cry.
