It truly felt like our beloved cat was treated with dignity and love. I’m very grateful for the support of owners Azemina and Andy. I am so thankful for the care Andy showed when picking up our dear Ladybug from our home. She was returned to us within a week, in the candle urn my wife picked out. We would recommend them to anyone who faces this heartbreaking moment.

My sweet 15 1/2 year old dachshund Payton passed in my arms on Sunday December 21st at 12:05 pm. We called a few places that could not accommodate us. My son called this beautiful place… we live on the far Southwest side of the city. They told us they would wait for us (they close at 2:00) we got there right after 2:00. After we got there we were put in a private room and told to take our time saying our goodbyes to our sweet boy. With Christmas week coming up, I am more than certain they wanted to go home. Andrew and his beautiful wife could not have been more kind, compassionate, understanding while maintaining an absolute level of professionalism and absolute dedication to dignity for our most beloved family member. My Payton was handled with all the respect and dignity that he deserved and I can never thank Andrew and his team enough for the peace they brought into my grieving heart. The understanding they have for people and their “pets” (FAMILY) is unmatched and I honestly cannot recommend this place more. Picking up my baby’s URN was one of the other difficult parts of this journey…. And once again, the interactions with Andrew were above and beyond. He did my baby the justice he deserved. A simple thank you could never convey my eternal gratitude! Thank you for everything- you will never know how your kindness made that horrible day a bit better. The trust I placed in you was well deserved!!! Thank you from the bottom of my broken heart… my little boy was so small and yet my bed is so empty….. God bless Andrew and crew !!!!!!!!! 💔❤️‍🩹 🐾
