I read all of these really great reviews and it initially put me at ease. I spent an entire day grieving and coming to terms with the fact that it was time to put my 17 year old cat at peace after a rapid decline. When I finally mustered up the courage to call and ask about the services, I got an immediate text/auto reply “will respond right back.” Fine. Did not get one. Called back 10 minutes later, and a man answered the phone, “Hello?”. HELLO?! Not a simple “thank you for calling____ how can I help you?” “HELLO?” I was immediately shocked considering I was making a call expecting compassion/kindness per the reviews here. “Um, hello??? I’d like to make an appointment” I basically choked up the words to say through all the tears. “Do you have availability?” The man responded with “No.” OKAY?????? Is there another date or time??? Anything? “Hmmm, maybe Monday.” If the goal for this business was to distract from the absolute distress people are going through while already preparing to hand over $770 for their dying best friend, YOU HAVE SUCCEEDED! Congrats, your customer service was so bad that you literally turned down what could have been $1K. Maybe consider a job with CPD if you want to get paid to do NOTHING.
Thank you so much , for the quick response and she was on time . She had such a beautiful energy and fantastic vibration about herself, she was loving and kind to our family in this very difficult time that , we had to lay our beloved fur baby karma to rest . She was gentle and my dog 🐶 was comfortable and at peace 🕊️ her price was amazing and cheaper than our vet , we are grateful for the service she offer , we highly recommend her services 🙏🏾🌈😭🐶
Nothing but good things to say about this company. My 17 year old cat Vigo's health took a turn for the worse rapidly. Andy was able to fit me in right away. The Dr came to my house and was fantastic. I was skeptical on in home euthanasia but I am glad I used them. The urn and paw print turned out better than I could have imagined. 100 percent will be using them again in future
I was very skeptical on using these services provided by this company based off of the reviews. I am so glad I took the chance! Yes reviews say the responses are sometimes absent, we’ll just like everyone else….. everyone’s experiencing staff shortages. There are literally TWO people running this entire company because no one wants to work! Two people over the weekend when EVERY OTHER COMPANY WAS “busy” closed on weekends because Vet’s need their “weekend time”. This veterinarian out of 30 other companies was the only one who moved things around for me and squeezed me in on Sunday to help me with my sick animal! We stayed in contact with them after booking, explained that this cat was everything to my family, and that emotions were running extremely high in the home before arrival! The veterinarian walked in and was instantly sympathetic! She tried to confront us, compliment our home and continuously mentioned that our cat we had to let go of lived in a beautiful home and was loved by beautiful people! She conversed with everyone and kept apologizing to us that this was happening. She was patient as we said goodbye to our 17 year old cat. She was comforting! As we cried and said goodbye she handed us tissue, she said please, take all the time you need! She took such good care of him afterwards! She even shedded a few tears as things were happening! We honestly could not have had a better experience with this veterinarian! I’m not sure about the bad reviews on this review page, but our experience went exactly as we could have imagined it but better. Highly consider this company.
We initially had a positive experience, but it ultimately turned into a negative one. The positives - they responded right away when I called asking if they could come the following day Jan 16, and they very kindly made it work with their schedule despite the short notice. I also ensured that we could do a paw print because we really wanted that. The day of the service, she was professional, empathetic, patient, everything we needed for that situation, and we were told the paw print would be hand-delivered by the next week. If I had written a review at that time, I would have given 5 stars. She made a really horrible time in our lives a lot easier to bear. By the end of the following week, we still had not received the paw print - so I texted Fri Jan 26 and she said she'd call them tomorrow when the office is open to check. I didn't hear anything during the next day so I texted again around ~8pm as I was anxious something went wrong. She finally responded around ~10pm with confirmation of the paw print and said that the gray frame was out of stock and that they are waiting on it to arrive. I wished they had told me that it was out of stock so we could have anticipated the delay or chosen a different color, but at the time it was not a huge deal. They didn't give me an ETA, so after SIX weeks of silence I texted again March 10 asking if there were any updates. By this point I was getting anxious again. No response. Texted again March 11th, no response. Texted again March 13th, no response. Texted again March 15th, and tried calling multiple times as well, and got a weird beeping noise that made it sound like the phone was out of service. At this point we were PANICKED thinking the worst. I tried calling her vet practice but the only after hours number listed was the same number I had been calling. So I submitted an online form hoping to reach her via email in case her phone wasn't working. She finally responded Mar 16 and just said "Sorry I am out of USA. Did you get the paw print?" NO obviously I didn't!! She told me to call her vet office during business hours Monday to check. So, Mon March 18 I called her vet office/explained the situation. They said it's ready for pick up (Why did no one contact me when it was ready? How long had it been ready for?) however, part of the payment I provided was for hand-to-hand delivery (I don't have a car, and the vet office is over an hour away round trip). She said she would have a tech deliver by the next day or Wednesday latest (19th/20th). No one came. I called back Fri 22nd and FINALLY a new person I spoke with said he'd deliver right away - and he did 45 min later (THANK YOU!) By this point I had planned to give a 4 star review, just due to the poor communication that occurred regarding the paw print and the anxiety it caused during an already horrible time in my life after losing Peanut. But THEN, the reason why I am giving it 3 stars now, is the paw print is EXTREMELY sloppy. The letters are falling off of the edge and very crooked, there's uneven thickness and texture changes all over, there's a few long scratches, and they glued it down VERY off-center and I don't think I can fix it without risking breaking the print because it feels superglued. So after all of that anxiety and waiting, we were really disappointed with the result. (the frame is really nice, though, at least) It truly saddens me to write this review because we did have such a good experience initially, but I am extremely disappointed and frustrated and sad about how things turned out. The paw print is irreplaceable and the last piece left of our Peanut. With how sloppily they put it together (and it was an added $50!), it truly feels like they just did not care. This is a final memento of a cat that passed away - how could you not take the utmost care when making the prints?? I hope that this review can both inform others but also encourage Last Kiss to do better. I am never going to be able to have the paw print I wanted because of their sloppiness, and I am really devastated about it.
