Cypress Woods Pet Crematory

Brought my guinea pig to get cremated and it was a wonderful experience. Jim is so kind and compassionate! I knew my sweet girl was in good hands. 💝 I purchased the urn and necklace, and the bag of her hair, cremation certificate, and Rainbow Bridge poem were all included. Thank you Jim for providing such an easy process during this difficult time. ❤️‍🩹

I am very appreciative of all Jim has done for me. Our foster kitten came to us at seven weeks old and passed on his forth night in our home. Although it was from preexisting conditions, it came much too soon and absolutely broke our hearts. I called Cypress Woods that night and Jim was very kind to me on the phone. Even when I brought Pepper in the very next day, he spoke very softly and made the financial aspect of our loss feel minimal. I am very happy that Pepper's fur and ashes are completely sealed and his urn is unscuffed. This was my first time getting any pets cremated, but Jim made me feel comfortable with handing off my Pepper. Thank you so much, Jim.

My furbaby Charris passed away and the following day I contacted Jim and that same day he picked him up and within 24hrs in Jim’s care, my baby was returned. It was such an easy and quick process. Though Jim did initially forget my necklace that I had purchased. He made things right and returned to pick up the remaining ashes to then bring my baby’s ashes back and the necklace. I recently went to get my Bunny Bella cremated here. Not a thing you ever want to do or look forward to doing, but the owner was very empathetic and kind. There are a lot of different options of items to choose from, and we got time to say goodbye. I really loved the additional little details added upon receiving Bella’s urn. It made me shed a few tears on my way home. Thank you so much! The process was very quick too as well as all the availability.

Great doing business with this establishment. I couldn’t bring in my pet that night but i was able to set up a time to drop him off in the morning. The gentleman on the phone was very accommodating. He was nice enough to meet us at the crematory before business hours to take in our beloved pet. Highly recommend this friendly business.
