I cannot say enough wonderful things about Cremation Enterprises and the exceptional care provided by Rosina and Michael. From the very first phone call to the final delivery of my father’s remains, every step of the process was seamless, compassionate, and handled with the utmost respect. Rosina and Michael were available 24/7, even on Christmas, and checked in with us daily. They were incredibly accommodating to all of my requests, including allowing us to use our own personal urn, which meant so much to our family. Their communication was consistent, reassuring, and thoughtful during one of the most difficult times of our lives. What truly stood out was their genuine compassion—you can tell immediately that their hearts are deeply passionate about what they do. We felt supported, cared for, and never rushed or treated like “just another case.” Their kindness and professionalism brought comfort during an otherwise heartbreaking time. I am deeply grateful to Cremation Enterprises, Rosina, and Michael for the dignity, care, and humanity they showed our family. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing cremation services—they are truly exceptional.

Losing a loved one is extremely difficult and painful. I had no idea what the cremation process would entail. Luckily for me that I found Cremation Enterprises. Rosina assisted me to complete everything. She is empathetic, compassionate and knowledgeable and made it seamless. I am so thankful for Rosina she has been a godsend to me. When suddenly you lose a loved one all of a sudden and you’re far away from home. Cremation Enterprise is the company I chose to care for my beloved husband José, they had extraordinary reviews. I trusted that they would use their expertise and knowledge to make sure I was comfortable with every single thing that would happen as well as the expenses. From speaking with the Physician who performed my husband autopsy , picking him up to perform his journeys made me feel better. I wish I could rate my experience at 100, because that's what I received 100% compassion from Connor and everyone that contact me from Cremation enterprises. This was a difficult time for me and with the help and empathy from Cremation enterprise team, I was able to manage , they was there for me when i needed them the most, every time I called them, they picked up, very clear on process of everything and they continued to contact me after to see how I am doing. So thank you for that.

Unbelievably the best Personable, Communication and Service of any company I've dealt with in a long time!!! From start to finish, navigating and Communication was so easy, especially in this type of situation.
