Chicagoland Pet Cremation went above and beyond for our sweet boy, Louie. They were kind, communicative, and exceeded our expectations throughout the entire process. Losing a pet is heartbreaking, but they made a really hard experience feel a little more bearable. We’re very grateful for the care they showed to both Louie and our family.

Going through such a difficult time in my life losing my shepherd that has been my best friend for almost 14 years, Gigi and Diego were there with compassion in their hearts to help me feel less alone and know that my baby was in great hands. Gigi was there for me even after business hours to assure me that everything was being handled with great care and love and if I had any questions she was right there with an answer. Being able to help someone that is grieving from heartbreak feel more comfortable is not easy to do, so I want to thank this team for helping me feel some peace.

Very attentive and caring during a difficult time. Our pick-up appointment was scheduled based on our availability. I was given very detailed directions, how to find the office (within an office park) which made it pretty easy. The employee who met me for pick-up was kind and offered his condolences. We received a well-made clay paw print and an etched wooden box with our dog’s name.

The best experience in such a difficult time. Gigi and Diego went above and beyond. My dog passed on a Saturday and they went out of their ways to make sure they were able to accommodate us. Being of Hindu faith, they allowed my whole family to be present and provide a proper ceremony for my dog before his cremation. I cannot emphasize how nice it was to be able to do so at their facility. The communication was top notch and they were really understanding.
