I entrusted the remains of my beloved cat Tink in July 2025. Tink was a fabulous lap cat and armrest tv companion. The staff was very thoughtful and caring when handling his remains. I. Received some wonderful keepsake memorials that will always mean a great deal to me. Its taken me a while but I wanted to let others know what a fantastic place this is and how empathetic, caring and compassionated the staff is.

Everyone has been so kind and caring throughout the process and kept in communication throughout every step of the process. They were so kind and caring during a very difficult time. I had everything set up through a different company but when the time came I couldn't reach the other company. Chicagoland Cremations came out within 30 minutes and handled with compassion and professionalism. I highly recommend them.
