We contacted him late in the evening, and he answered immediately. He reassured us that everything would be handled and that we did not need to be present, something I’m deeply grateful for, as the thought of witnessing her being taken away would have been traumatizing in an already heartbreaking moment. His confidence and steady presence gave us peace of mind during one of the worst days of our lives. The next day, Matt walked me through each step of the process with patience and clarity, fully understanding that I wasn’t thinking clearly. He stayed in constant communication, whether by phone or text, and always made time to answer questions and work around my schedule. His kindness, empathy, and professionalism never wavered. Having never gone through this before, I’m so grateful we went with Matt. He from the moment we began preparing for my grandmas passing to the day she passed away Matt was gentle, and was able to get her cremated 2 days after her passing, and stood by her side until he personally handed her back to us!
