I don't often leave reviews, but it is hard to overstate just how kind and thoughtful Peter and Bob were during this difficult time. Booking an appointment was prompt and straightforward even during the holiday season; and the empathy they showed us was incredible. They patiently answered all our questions/concerns without rushing us at all and treated our dog with care. I am glad that we entrusted our dog with them and very grateful for their services. Would strongly recommend.

I cannot say enough about the compassion and professionalism at Cherished Companions by Haben. Over the years, I have entrusted several of my beloved pets to their care, and each time I was met with kindness, respect, and genuine understanding. Most recently, I had to make one of the hardest decisions of my life, and Peter was absolutely wonderful. He walked me through every possible step during a very difficult time of grief, patiently explaining the process, answering every question, and offering reassurance when I needed it most. His warmth and compassion made an incredibly sad situation the best it could possibly be. Cherished Companions treats both pets and families with dignity and love. I am deeply grateful to Peter and the entire team for helping me honor my dogs in such a meaningful way. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place that truly understands how important our pets are to us.

Making the choice of having to put your beloved fur baby down is gut renching, but then having to plan the details even harder. I accidentally called the wrong facility and I am so happy that I did. Owner Peter was so so kind and caring on the phone. He truly cared about my family and the care of my treasured dog. He did not just treat this as a business transaction he treated my call with the compassion I needed and was so patient through all my tears in my multiple calls since I was coordinating with the in home vet. Once I arrived he treated my dog with dignity and respect and made me feel seen and heard in my sadness. Without a doubt, I highly recommend this facility to be there for you at the end when you are hurting the most and you want to know your pet is cared for all the way till the very end. I will forever have her print to hold and the peace in my heart knowing she was cared for.
