We recently had to say goodbye to our best friend Rambo. This place was 1 hour away but it was worth every minute of the drive. When we got there we were greeted immediately by Bob. He was very patient even though we were still in process of our loss he made sure we knew our baby was safe. Bob held a small ceremony for our cat and we were able to say our last goodbyes. He goes beyond your expectations, and holds so much sympathy and love towards your baby. We got a bunch of goodies to remember our best friend Rambo, and throughout the whole process Bob put much meaning and care into everything he did for us. You can tell he loves his job!

Mr. Shaw has a heart of gold and is in the right line of business. He understands your loss and is very compassionate. We recently lost our hamster Caramel and he took such good care of her from the beginning to end. I cried with all the memories we have of her now. Even her ashes in little angels. I am happy we brought her to the right place. Thank You Mr. Shaw

Bob was so kind and caring when we took our beloved 17-year-old cat Charlie to be cremated. His prices are a fraction of what his competitors charge. Charlie passed on October 1 and I picked up his remains on October 19. While I was there during pickup, he explained to me that he keeps these prices so affordable and will continue to do so, simply because people need this service. That is an admirable position to take, not to mention a rare one. The facility itself is not the fanciest place…no marble lobby or golden fountains, just a simple small building attached to the cemetery. The thing that makes it special is that he seems to truly care about people and their beloved pets. He clipped several locks of Charlie’s fur, made mementos during a small ceremony and made a beautiful personalized clay paw print as part of the package we picked. We had already purchased an urn for the ashes but he had several beautiful options available if needed. I highly recommend this business and wish Bob all the best. He’s a very kind man and we are grateful that he was there to provide this service for us during this difficult time.

We previously took a departed kitty here so this was the first place we thought of to take another. The people that work here are kind and considerate and truly make you feel they care about your grief. The gentleman that handles the business supplies you with ample memento mori for your pet if that's something important to you and even during the Christmas season they made sure to handle my pet promptly when I expressed concern. I hope they're able to stay around as long as they can because he's a unique soul who deserves the best.

Losing my baby was a difficult moment for me. He been in my life for 11 years and has been there in the greatest and worse moments in my life. We werent big on cuddling but one thing for sure was that he was next to me all the time. Bob did amazing to ease my pain. Calling my cat by his name and calling him my baby. While some don't think its much but to me its a level of respect that I admire and grateful to experience. I love the professionalism and creativity. This experience made it easier for me from the beginning to the end. Thank you for your services.
