I’ve used West Coast Pet Crematorium servoces a couple of times, and I can’t say enough about the care and compassion they provide. Michael was absolutely amazing—patient, kind, and willing to take the time to explain every step of the process. He made an almost unbearable situation feel manageable through his understanding and support. I deeply appreciate the respectful and gentle way they handled my dogs, allowing for a peaceful and dignified transition. I’m incredibly grateful to Michael and the entire staff. The quality of service was exceptional, and everything turned out exactly as expected—perfect. Highly recommend.

Losing a pet is never easy but the team and service here make the passing a little easier. They care and they don’t pressure you or push you at any point in the process. They offer a lot of different options to ensure you get exactly what you want. They take their time and care about your pet and you the whole way through. My heart goes to this team for always ensuring a positive experience during a most difficult time. We first used their service in 2018 and have had to use their services 3 times in the last 10 months and each time it is always the same! Compassion, care, empathy, thoughtfulness! I will aways recommend this company/team to anyone who loses a furry loved one and even though I don’t want to have to use their services again in the future, we absolutely will because living a life without a furry soul in it isn’t living at all! West Coast is the best! When my pup passed (Cassie, 15yrs old) I was devastated. I live alone so she was my companion. West Coast and their employees go above and beyond to address your every need when going through a tough time. GREAT PEOPLE THAT CARE!!!

My sweet boy Sugar (The Little King), had to be euthanized on April 8th after a sudden attack at home. He was nearly 14. It's been heartbreaking. The people at West Coast Pet Memorial Services provided the most beautiful and soothing package for me in his tribute that I'd ever seen. I feel he was treated gently and with respect as they handled him. His passing has been very hard for my family, and having this wonderful tribute is truly making a difference to help and ease the pain that we're experiencing over his loss. I will highly recommend them should a need for services like this ever arise. Really great job.
