They were so compassionate, kind and patient throughout the whole process when we lost our cat. They answered our questions and explained everything thoroughly. They were also so great with our children. The process was timely and affordable. We cannot thank them enough for helping us during our difficult time.
We have used Never forgotten twice over the past year. Unfortunately, we lost two beloved dogs to cancer during that time. I have had the pleasure to work with each Dan, Brenda, Levi, and Brittany while they cared for our pets. Each one was extremely empathetic and genuine to the struggles of our loss. Additionally their communication throughout the process was top-notch as they ensured the memorial to our pets were exactly to our wishes. I know they are animal lovers too, so that gave me a lot of peace and reassurance while our pets were away and in their hands, as I know they cared for our loved ones with love and dignity from start to finish.
We could not have been treated better when a beloved family dog passed away and we took it to Never Forgotten. From how nice the person was on the initial phone call to the kind and compassionate way that Levi took the information and handled everything when I brought the dog in, it was so impressive and made everything easier to deal with. They have certificates on the wall regarding bereavement training and it's obvious they are serious about treating people and pets the right way. Also, I understand this is not the most important thing when you want your pet's passing to be handled correctly, but their prices are also extremely reasonable. All around a great service and I'm glad to see they have so many 5 star reviews on Google.
All the staff members were so kind and compassionate. I know they treated my cat, Wink, with dignity and respect. I highly recommend them to anyone needing cremation services for their fur babies.
