The passing of a loved one is never easy, however the team at Neptune was so kind, caring and compassionate! They not only took care of everything, but did it with grace and integrity. And, if you’re in a position to plan ahead, please consider that doing so is one of the greatest gifts you can leave your loved one. Neptune has options there also. Jackie from the Boise location is fabulous, and I can only surmise that the rest of the group there is as friendly, thorough and efficient as she was. She was put on my case after several months of uncertainty with an older pre-arrangement contract found to be missing parts and needing to be reviewed and updated. Great, personal service - what I would expect from the Neptune name.
