I finally was able to speak to Memorial regarding my boy's cremation. It turns out there was a miscommunication on exactly what was causing the holdup with his return to me. To be clear, it wasn't the amount of time it took that was my concern. They can take as much time as they need to make sure my pet's final forever with me is perfect and correct. It was partly my fault because I wasn't willing to leave a message due to feeling like I would have been screened and left unanswered. After finally speaking to Ms. Angie, I do believe they would have taken my concerns seriously and gotten back to me. I'm very glad that it is definitely my sweet little man's (rat) prints and ashes. They don't mess around here. They get you taken care of with empathy, even if it takes longer than expected, which I am very glad for. And also so glad they were able to answer my questions and quell my concerns!

My cat, Gravy, had past away over the weekend. I was able to bring him in to Memorial Pet Care on Monday morning and after being cremated, he was back home before the end of the week. They were kind, compassionate and caring and I really appreciated their care and attention they provided to me and my cat during an extremely difficult time for me.

I have had two of my fur babies cremated by this company and they’re so respectful and you can tell they truly care about the loss you’re going through. I love that they state that your pet was handled with the utmost respect and dignity. It really helps during the hard time. I miss my boy so much❤️

Angie is honest, compassionate, professional, respectful, and just a stand up business owner. We have had 2 animals cremated with ashes back. Name plates on the wooden urns turned out so beautiful. I wouldn’t go any where else for these services. You won’t find a more trustworthy person.

I cannot speak highly enough about Angie and her business. We had to say goodbye to our 40 year old mule and Angie was nothing short of amazing. She made sure he was handled with care and asked if we wanted any of his mane (which he never grew one after it being roached) or his tail (which we had already kept that). She answered all my questions and even answered them through text when needed. I honestly felt so comfortable and at ease with her. I knew my Chance would be safe in her care. She’s compassionate and understands it’s not easy to say goodbye. When the time comes and I have to say goodbye to another pet, I will be calling Angie. Thank you Angie.
