Very personal staff that answered the phones each time I called. Being able to speak with people is important to me. Very courteous & professional. I priced out several crematories and they offered the best value. I would definitely recommend Cremation Society of Idaho

I worked with Melanie to handle the cremation of my mother. Melanie was compassionate and kind-hearted. She was communicative throughout the entire process and ensured that everything was clear to me at every step of the way, answering the many questions and doubts that I had. Death is a challenging thing to navigate (for the living!), and if I were faced with this situation again, I would easily return to CSI. Thank you for your help.
