Compassionate In Home Pet Euthanasia

I appreciate that it was easy to schedule a quick visit to put our dog out of his misery. My feedback is that I wish she would have left us alone with him during the 5-10 minutes after sedation before the euthanasia. Also when she arrived and we had prepared for him to pass she then asked what his main issue was. I’m sure this was just for paperwork but it made me feel like I needed to justify it to her in that moment when we were ready for him to pass. There was a fear she would deem his issues not critical enough although I doubt this is often the case. I wish that was one of the screening questions prior to her arrival. I keep calling her she because the vet never actually introduced herself. I know I was emotional and looked like a mess but still I wish she’d taken a moment to introduce herself and give some kind of condolences. I had no issue with her business demeanor and we would use her again for the convenience but I feel there is a bit of fine tuning to be done to make this a 5/5 experience. Thank you nonetheless.

Lana is so kind. Lana immediately responded to my text (9 pm on a Friday!) Lana did not rush us through the process of letting our sweet girl go and explained each step and what to expect. Her compassion and empathy was so needed and appreciated. She made this difficult time as easy as it possibly could be. Professional, compassionate, competent.

I would recommend this company OVER AND OVER! Lana is AMAZING. She responds quickly as we all know having a hospice pet means things can go downhill so fast. She was able to come over and assist my 16 year old dog over the rainbow bridge in the comfort of our home with hours notice. I will forever be grateful to her for giving me this experience. Losing a pet is so hard but having peace and tranquility and comfort of doing it in your home makes the grieving process much more smoothly compared to having to rush to an emergency vet. She took care of everything and took him to be cremated. She also hand made his urn which is SO beautiful. This company is amazing; if you find yourself reading this review: just call her! Dr. Lana Roberts was great during a very difficult time. She was very kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and the procedure went very smooth. She also included letting our other dog see and sniff Max so she was aware he was no longer with us. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of of euthanasia services.

This was the second time we have had to say goodbye to our fur family member due to health complications. 100% more caring and handled so professionally that once it was done we were so surprised because of the ability that Lana had to keep our minds occupied and not fully on what was really going on.
