Their thoughtfulness and care gave us comfort and reassurance every step of the way. Words can’t fully capture how thankful we are and how much we appreciate your kindness, thoughtfulness, and the time you shared with us. It means the world to us. And though it may sound unusual, we are genuinely excited that we found a place we will be able to call home for our final resting place. From the moment we arrived, we felt embraced with warmth and compassion. The staff’s attention to detail, genuine care, and willingness to go above and beyond made this experience not only comforting but truly memorable. Valley of the Temples is more than a place—it is a sanctuary where love, respect, and tradition are honored in the most beautiful way. We will forever cherish the kindness shown to us and the peace we found here. Charisse Joneidi, Family Service Advisor was very knowledgeable, accommodating and helpful in assisting me to make my final arrangements affordable and worry free. She is like a family member who will help in any way. I highly recommend her for all your funeral and final arrangement needs!

Azure is knowledgable, reliable, listens well, and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. This was important to me, as I was considering whether to keep or drop mortuary services from another company. Iʻm glad I made the change!

Our funeral director Curtis was exceptional! I cannot say enough good things about him. I can see why he’s a funeral director after being there for only a year. He was very accommodating to our family’s many needs and went above and beyond. Most of all, he was very sensitive and empathetic. We’ve also worked with Charise on arrangements in the past and again for this burial and she was very helpful. She’s always gone above and beyond for us. However, I wish I could say positive things about the other person who made the arrangements for the Celebration of Life. Not always available, not helpful, not even kind, really. And you could tell her focus was just on making money.
