Hawaii Ash Scatterings

I scheduled an impromptu ash scattering for my wife's grandmother. I came across this company online and man, did we "luck-up"! Our charter was scheduled with Captain Mikey. He was great and super personable!! My wife gets sea-sick easily and we were a little concerned but he gave us a smooth ride and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, considering the circumstances. I highly recommend this company and request Captain Mikey!!!

I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to ship my late mom’s cremains to Oahu through Canada Post thanks to Capt. Ken. Ken let me know right away when he received them and had her ashes placed in a beautiful Hawaiian Puʻolu urn. Capt. Mike then chartered our service, and it turned out to be a perfect day. The ride was comfortable, and Mike was both knowledgeable and entertaining with his stories and island tips. It was heartfelt and memorable day. I would definitely recommend them if you’re considering a service or even water excursions in Hawaii!

Our crew was Gehrig, Shawn and Ashley. They were so respectful and kind. Shawn was an amazing musician and he shared really beautiful words. They took us to a gorgeous spot where we laid my mom to rest and dolphins came and were playing right where she was

Our ash scattering was perfect. Very well organized. The website was detailed, and when I called, they were very responsive. Thank you to Devin for sending the information quickly with parking and directions. Captain Ken made the experience very memorable for our family. The Seascape was clean, and they were very warm and hospitable. I definitely recommend.

We’re so deeply grateful to Hawaii Ash Scatterings for the beautiful and heartfelt memorial they created for my dad in Hawaii Kai. From start to finish, Captain Ken and Devin handled everything with such care, compassion, and professionalism, making the entire process so easy and comforting for our family. Upon arrival, Captain Ken’s warmth and positivity immediately set the tone, and his genuine kindness brought so much brightness to the entire experience. And the Kahu and musician were absolutely amazing. Their words, music, and presence brought so much meaning and warmth to the ceremony. Everything was simply beautiful, from the people, energy, atmosphere, and setting out in Hawaii Kai, to the rose petals and the pu‘olu, which was absolutely gorgeous and so thoughtfully prepared. Even though it was a slightly windy day, Captain Ken’s skillful driving made the ride incredibly smooth and comfortable (I’m motion-sensitive and didn’t get seasick at all!). It allowed us to be fully present and take in every special moment. With all our hearts, Thank you so much Captain Ken and team for creating such a beautiful, sacred, seamless, and unforgettable experience for our family.
