Quick response when I called at night after our beloved dog passed unexpectedly. Naomi explained the necessary steps to take, pricing plans, and provided clear directions to their location. They handled everything so efficiently in a caring manner. The process took a load off of me emotionally. Highly recommend this business!

Naomi helped us so much through this process. Dealing with a loved ones passing is hard enough. But she took care of the whole process and kept in touch with us through every step. She did more for us than I can ever ask for.

It took over a week for the cremation of my pup that I paid over $500 for a private cremation. And then the worst part is that they gave her ashes back in a bag that has a number on it when on their website it states you get a cedar box. Also there was no sort of apology but Naomi for sure did all she could to talk me into the private cremation at $500 instead of the separated at $200. At that point she could have said would you like her back in an upgraded urn or something! But nothing said! With this sort of deception how do I even know that I actually got what I paid for??? Oh and when I asked for the box, Naomi stated that was the old website and they can’t update it. I replied to her then she needs to cancel out that site and create a new website that is accurate. Needless to say I am Very upset! I do not reccomend bringing your beloved pet here!
